ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester Fire Department responded to a fire on Lill Street Friday evening. According to RFD, there was one person asleep inside the home at the time of the fire. Fire fighters were able to remove the person safely by using the back window. RFD said there was smoke and flames towards the back of the home on the second floor when crews arrived. RFD at a house fire on Lill st, fire appears to be under control at this time and most of the damage appears to be at the rear of the home.
