DOVER, NH. (WWLP) - A driver from Lynn was killed in a crash with a dump truck Thursday morning in Dover, New Hampshire. New Hampshire teen arrested after driving 122 MPH with kids in the car New Hampshire State Police states that troopers were sent to a cellphone's automatic crash dete ction notification at 8:02 a.m. on the Spaulding Turnpike. Police determined that a dump truck driver, 55-year-old Jamie Joy of Pittsfield, New Hampshire was stopped in the right lane because of traffic when a 2016 Lincoln Navigator driven by 39-year-old James Stammers struck it from behind. Stammers died due to his injuries. Joy was not injured in the crash and no passengers were in either of the vehicles.
