AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Police said at least four people died in a crash involving ten vehicles on Interstate 35 in far north Austin late Thursday night. Austin Police posted at 11:58 p.m. that all southbound lanes of the interstate were closed in the area between Parmer and Howard Lanes. It sa id the lanes would be closed for several hours. APD said the crash happened around 11:20 p.m. Austin-Travis County EMS said there were 11 patients in total and that the crash involved a sem-truck. This is a developing situation.
