FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The 4-lanes on Highway 168 have been reduced to one lane Thursday due to heavy snow, according to the California Highway Patrol. Caltrans says chains are required on all vehicles except 4-wheel-drive vehicles with snow tires on all 4 wheels from 6.4 miles eas t of Prather to the east end of Huntington Lake. CHP is asking people not to be on the road if they don't need to. They say to please stay off the roads and wait for conditions to improve.
