Update as of 4:40 p.m.CSFD says the fire was around 20 acres, and is fully contained. Approximately 40 CSFD personnel were sent to the fire Thursday afternoon.Firefighters were able to prevent the fire from damaging three homes.
30th St. between Garden of the Gods Rd and Mesa Rd. will remain closed until further notice. However, Garden of the Gods Park was not damaged, but Palmer Mesa Trail is closed at Sinton.
