BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A man was killed after a being hit by a train Monday evening, according to the Delano Police Department. On March 10, Delano police responded to reports of a Union Pacific train hitting a man in the 1100 block of Glenwood Street, at about 6:30 p.m. Officers say they located a man dead when they arrived. Union Pacific Railroad Police arrived on scene and took over the investigation.
