GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) - The votes have been tallied and plenty of bacon has been devoured, culminating in a winner being announced for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers 2025 Food Fight contest. After 58 bacon-inspired recipes were sent in from Timber Rattlers fans everywhere, it was then narrowed to five. After nearly 5,000 votes were cast, the 3 Little Pigs Grilled Cheese was announced as the winner on Thursday. 3 Little Pigs Grilled Cheese (Photo courtesy of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers) The 2025 Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats Food Fight winning recipe was sent in by Ryan Gill of Sturtevant and is described as a concoction of a trio of meats and cheeses (and looks absolutely phenomenal). Wisconsin officials warn of scams ahead of 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay The 3 Little Pigs Grilled Cheese, which will be available at the Nueske’s Flat Top Grill on the third base concourse throughout the upcoming season, features Nueske's bacon, ham, pulled pork, and three different types of cheese sandwiched between three slices of Texas toast and served with a side of tomato-bacon aioli. For winning the contest, Gill will receive a prize pack courtesy of Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats, four vouchers for any home game during the regular season, four vouchers for their food item, and an opportunity to throw out the first pitch before a 2025 Timber Rattlers game.
