On Wednesday at 9:57 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory in effect until Friday, Mar. 14 at 5 a.m. for Apple/Lucerne Valleys. The NWS San Diego CA adds to expect, “West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.” “Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
