Winter storm warning affecting Oswego County until Tuesday morning

On Monday at 4:24 a.m. a winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 7 p.m. until Tuesday 6 a.m. for Oswego County.The weather service says to expect, "Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will result in significant blowing snow and greatly reduced visibility at times."
