Skies are clear and this morning will mark the coldest start for the entire workweek! Out-the-door temperatures will range between 14-18° at sunrise, making for a very frosty start. Today will bring additional sunshine, as winds turn breezy from the southwest at 10-25 mph. Highs this afternoon should rise to 40°, marking our sixth day this month above average...no doubt, it has been a cold month. More warmth expected for the rest of the week, as sunshine and gusty conditions are anticipated through Thursday evening. Friday brings rain, not snow, as temperatures remain mild but slowly cooling by Friday night. This system is part of the low actually bringing much-needed rain to southern California at this time.
