CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - Some libraries in Charleston County will remain closed or have delayed openings Monday due to continued icy conditions. The Baxter-Patrick James Island, Johns Island, and Edisto libraries will be closed Monday while the Main Library and John L. Dart libraries anticipate opening at noon. Charleston County Public Library officials said these locations remain impacted by icy roads that could restrict or impede access. All other Charleston County Public Library locations will be fully open on their normal schedules.
