PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Lieutenant Governor Sabina Matos is traveling out of state to Israel, arriving on Sunday. She is traveling "at the invitation of the Consulate General of Israel to New England as part of a legislative delegation to strengthen relations between Rhode Island and Israel."
