We enjoyed warmer temperatures to start the weekend across the area! Most of us saw temperatures above the freezing mark, but a bit of a breeze still made it feel colder at times. Mostly cloudy skies will continue overnight with slight snow shower chances ending before daybreak Sunday. Temperatures will be dropping down into the lower 20s behind a cold front, so bundle up as you head out the door for any plans. We're mostly cloudy and cold early Sunday morning. We'll see mostly cloudy skies stick around on Sunday, with high temperatures a bit cooler compared to Saturday. We'll top out in the upper 20s, which still is not too bad at all for this time of the year. Sunday will feature plenty of clouds.Highs reach the upper 20s at most. Skies will clear out Sunday night, allowing temperatures to dip back into the teens. You'll want to bundle up as you head out the door to go back to work or school. Clouds decrease into Sunday night.We wake up with temperatures in the teens early Monday morning. Monday will feature quite a bit of sunshine and warmer temperatures before clouds increase again late in the day. We'll climb all the way to the upper 30s, but this will be a byproduct of strong southwesterly winds; look for occasional gusts up to 40 mph at times! Monday will be a warmer day, with highs in the 30s!It will be very windy though, with gusts up to 40 mph at times. There is the slight chance for a rain or snow shower late Monday into Monday night, but otherwise we'll be dry on Tuesday. Highs will stay in the upper 30s. By Wednesday, we drop back into the mid-30s, with the slight chance for a lake effect rain or snow shower. Highs will remain in the 30s through the rest of the workweek before we climb into the 40s by the weekend! This coincides with February getting underway and Groundhog Day is also on Sunday.
