Toll Brothers will host a model grand opening event Saturday at Jordanelle Ridge from 1- 5:30 p.m. at the builder’s neighborhood in Jordanelle Ridge, located at 2109 N. Paradise Flat Lane in Heber City.Attendees can explore the new Millcreek Mountain model while enjoying hot chocolate, refreshments, appetizers and live jazz entertainment. They’ll get early access to the upcoming phase two release coming in spring.In addition to the Millcreek Mountain model, Toll Brothers at Jordanelle Ridge has 30 new homes with four floor plans: Bane Farmhouse, Chelser Prairie, Forde Prairie and Grayling Mountain. The homes range in size from 3,368 to 4,023 square feet with two to three stories, four to six bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices start in the mid $900s.
