FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver was arrested for speeding 90 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone in Clovis, the Clovis Police Department said. According to police, the driver was arrested Thursday near Temperance Avenue at Nees Avenue, and their car was impounded for 30 days due to misdemeanor reckless driving.  Traffic officers reported that the driver was recorded on radar traveling 40 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.
