Relevant Coffee Where to drink coffee on the other side of the Columbia River Vancouver, Washington boasts a slew of excellent coffee shops and cafes featuring high-quality espresso drinks often made with beans roasted in-house, as well as fresh pastries. This list includes great places to meet up with friends or pop open a laptop and get work done. They’re mostly clustered around the downtown core, but one outlier, Pull Caffé, is worth the trip to Yacolt to visit the world’s oldest operating Probat roaster and sip coffee made from the beans fire-roasted on this restored piece of coffee history.
