On January 22, police say they responded to a burglary call at a home in the 2400 block of Deadrick Avenue.
Officers say a man, later identified as Rodriques Wilbourn, had broken into the home and stole a new toilet still in the box. When Wilbourn noticed he was caught, he allegedly dragged the toilet back towards the house and jumped a fence while fleeing.
Wilbourn was captured shortly afterward on Deadrick Avenue and Ethel Street.
