Suspect identified in shooting outside Hickory Hill Mexican restaurant

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The suspect allegedly responsible for shooting a man in the parking lot of a Hickory Hill Mexican restaurant earlier this month was taken into custody on Thursday.
Jeremy Miller was charged with Aggravated Assault and is being held on a $40,000 bond after police say he shot a man outside Mojitos Locos Mexican Sports Bar on Malco Way on January 9.

Miller and the victim were allegedly involved in an argument inside the bar which led to a physical fight outside. Police say during the fight, Miller pulled out a gun and shot the victim.
Miller fled the area and the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Reports say on January 13, the victim identified Miller as the person who shot him. Miller was taken into custody on Thursday.
