MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The suspect allegedly responsible for shooting a man in the parking lot of a Hickory Hill Mexican restaurant earlier this month was taken into custody on Thursday. Jeremy Miller was charged with Aggravated Assault and is being held on a $40,000 bond after police say he shot a man outside Mojitos Locos Mexican Sports Bar on Malco Way on January 9. Jeremy Miller (Photo courtesy of the SCSO) Miller and the victim were allegedly involved in an argument inside the bar which led to a physical fight outside. Police say during the fight, Miller pulled out a gun and shot the victim. Miller fled the area and the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment. Reports say on January 13, the victim identified Miller as the person who shot him. Miller was taken into custody on Thursday.
