FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Rain is coming to Fresno during the weekend after more than two weeks with sunny skies. According to the National Weather Service, rain could be coming to the City of Fresno beginning Saturday after 4 p.m. KSEE24's Chief Meteorologist A.J. Fox confirms, saying light rain, a quarter to half-inch, is predicted for Saturday and Sunday. The last time rain visited the City of Fresno was on Jan. 3. A.J. adds snow for the mountains will be as low as 3,000 feet. Additionally, a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Sierra Nevada through the Kern County mountains.
