CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at a Cranston convenience store Thursday night. Cranston Police Maj. Todd Patalano said the suspect walked into the Speedy Mart off of Warwick Avenue, pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the clerk. The suspect took off with an undisclosed amount of money.
