(PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo.) — A 20-year-old Pueblo man has been arrested after the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) said he admitted to sexually assaulting multiple children and performing sexual acts with dogs. According to PCSO, 20-year-old Phoenix Moncivaiz-Likes was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 22 on an arrest warrant. PCSO said the arrest was the result of a year-long investigation by PCSO's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) detectives, after a tip was received that alleged sexual abuse material was linked with Moncivaiz-Likes. Courtesy: Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Based on their investigation, ICAC detectives executed a search warrant on Moncivaiz-Likes' home and obtained digital evidence. Detectives reportedly found child sexual abuse material along with conversations of him sexually assaulting two minors. Detectives also learned of a third child victim at a later time. In addition to the sexual abuse material, detectives also found bestiality on Moncivaiz-Likes' phone. PCSO said he admitted the sexual assaults of the children to detectives, and admitted to "performing sexual acts with several dogs." Moncivaiz-Likes was arrested on three counts of sexual exploitation of a child, three counts of sexual assault on a child, and animal cruelty. He has been booked into the Pueblo County Jail and is due in court on Jan. 30.
