VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Visalia's second Grocery Outlet is set to open before the end of January, according to the company. The store at 642 West Riggin Avenue in Visalia is going to be the second store in the city, following the opening of the store at 2323 South Mooney Boulevard. A new kind of incentive to give to Fresno’s Bulldog Pantry The store at 642 West Riggin Avenue will open on Thursday, Jan. 30, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a $1,000 donation to the Bethlehem Center. The ribbon cutting is at 10 a.m. Organizers say the store's first 100 customers will receive a Bliss Buck gift card for mystery amounts ranging from $5 to $500. Customers using the store's app can also get a $5 coupon toward a $15 purchase by selecting the new North Visalia store as their home store. The store will be independently owned and operated by Stephen and Ashley Spelman.
