May 14, 1929 – January 8, 2025Beverly Claire Florence, 95, passed away on January 8, 2025, in Park City, Utah. She was the widow of Gene Florence. They were married for 77 years.Bev was born May 14, 1929, in Bingham, Utah. She was the daughter of Cereal Goff and Jessie Halverson.Shortly after her birth her family returned to Park City.She graduated from Park City High School in 1947. She worked as a waitress, Avon sales agent, PTA secretary, and a lunch lady among other occupations while raising a family.She belonged to the LDS church. She is survived by her daughters Jan Denney and Leigh Anne Dresden; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on January 25, 2025 at the LDS Chapel, 2300 Monitor Dr., Park City, UT 84060.
