RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies have arrested an inmate for assault and battery. On Wednesday, Jan. 22, around 11:50 a.m., deputies responded to reports of an individual being stabbed at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. According to deputies, 22-year-old Traverse Webber stabbed another inmate multiple times. Deputies say the victim received non-life threatening injuries and was treated in the medical ward.
