(COLORADO SPRINGS) — UCHealth said it experienced an issue with its electronic health record system earlier on Thursday, Jan. 23 but said the issue has since been resolved. According to UCHealth, earlier on Thursday, it experienced an issue with its electronic record system which also affected access to the UCHealth app. The system is now back up and running and all facilities have returned to normal. UCHealth said its hospital and clinics remained open during the downtime and continued to provide care for its patients. UCHealth wanted to emphasize that its teams are well prepared for situations like this and have downtime protocols that allow care to continue during interruptions.
