Goldendoodle 'Kodi' reunited with family after being stolen in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that a Goldendoodle, named "Kodi," was reunited with his family after he was stolen in Northeast D.C. on Jan. 12.
Police said that at about noon, the dog wandered off in the 200 block of 26th Street and was found by a concerned citizen.

The person did not find any owner information for the dog when it was initially found. They then saw news coverage of the missing dog and contacted the owner.
On Jan. 16, Kodi was reunited with his owner.
