SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) --The iconic all-pink Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is hitting the road again for its 2025 U.S. tour, bringing exclusive treats, merchandise and plenty of cuteness to fans across the country. The truck will be making a stop in San Diego on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Fashion Valley shopping center, located at 7007 Friars Rd. It will offer Hello Kitty enthusiasts a chance to celebrate two major milestones: Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck.
