WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - More improvements may be coming to an intersection west of Wichita. Sedgwick County Commissioners approved applying for a KDOT grant for the intersection of 167th Street West and 21st Street North. Between 2013 and 2023, there were more than 50 crashes at the intersection. Three were deadly. Investigators say human error is often to blame.
