Rome presented a check of $10,000 to the founder of the local non-profit, 'Each Moment We're Alive.' The money will go towards the organization's services, which provide support and wellness programs to those diagnosed and recovering.
"And we have survivorship programs so that when they are done with treatment, we can now help them get back to their daily lives," said Cindy Sheridan Murphy of 'Each Moment We're Alive.'
"After you been through treatment, your life has changed, but they need the support from them," said Gary Rome of Gary Rome Hyundai.
The dealership will be hosting a "Cocktails for a Cause" event in partnership with 'Each Moment We're Alive.' That will be held April 26th.
