RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond SPCA will host its seventh annual dog kissing booth in February, where it will accept donations for pets in need. The event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at the Richmond SPCA Auditorium, located at 2519 Hermitage Rd. Visitors will get a photo taken with their pet or an adoptable one.
