HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford police Thursday say they're searching for a vehicle allegedly involved in an apparent kidnapping of an adult woman. The vehicle is a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe with a Rhode Island license plate reading "1YD 582." News 8 spoke to an employee in Dunkin Donuts who said she witnessed the abduction, describing a man physically dragging the woman outside of the Dunkin. 12-year-old boy stable after being shot in Hartford Employees ran out to try and stop him, but he took off with her, the employee said.
