Charleston PD closes James Island Connector

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - The Charleston Police Department has shut down the James Island Connector in both directions early Thursday morning. RELATED: Officials warn drivers of black ice on roadways Police reported that ice was on the roadway, which resulted in the closure. There is no set time when the connector will reopen.
