SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - The continued presence of ice around the city has the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport uncertain when they will be able to resume flights. According to the airports Facebook page, they continue to see several flight cancellations for Thursday, January 23rd. Airport crews say they will reassess the condition of the runways later this morning. Flights into and out of Savannah/Hilton Head International will resume as soon as conditions allow. Airport officials are encouraging passengers to check with their airline for flight information and confirm reservations before coming to the airport.
