ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Mobile DMV made its monthly stop in Clarkson Wednesday, providing easier DMV access to those living in suburban communities. Although the mobile unit doesn't provide access to everything, it still has a number of services for folks to take part in. Wednesday's Mobile DMV made a home at Clarkson's Justice Court on Lake Road. The Mobile DMV visits Clarkson every fourth Wednesday of the month. (WROC/Alec Richardson.) The Mobile DMV services include license and registration renewals, as well as processing new registrations. Some of the things that are unavailable include real and enhanced ID services, as well as permit testing. Officials said though, the largest service they provide is convenience. Open in Greece: Precinct 2 Animal Shelter "The convenience is a huge aspect to people who do live in these small towns. They don't like to go out to Greece, or to other offices that are open," said Representative Kristin O'Mara "The customers thank us regularly for being here, so, we do appreciate that." The Mobile DMV unit is available in a different location every Wednesday. For more information, click here.
