RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash has shut down Interstate 195 North in Richmond Wednesday night. The crash took place just before 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, on I-195 northbound in Richmond, near N. Hamilton Street, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
