SILVER SPRING, Md. (DC News Now) -- Police have released photos of suspects in an armed robbery that happened at a Silver Spring hotel. The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said in a news release that on Wednesday, Jan. 15, two people "confronted the desk clerk" at the Holiday Inn on Georgia Avenue. One of the suspects, who was armed with a gun, attacked the clerk and stole cash. The other was a lookout, police said. MCPD said that they left in a black four-door Chevrolet sedan and drove towards Washington, D.C.
