North Bay seniors accused of selling meth, cited

(KRON) -- A 56-year-old Santa Rosa man along with two North Bay seniors were arrested over the weekend for the alleged possession of narcotics for sale, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office.
Detectives in Santa Rosa’s Bennett Valley area on Saturday said they observed two suspects, identified as Rick Daniels, 70, of Healdsburg, and Alexander Cranstoun, 56, of Santa Rosa, conducting a drug transaction. Authorities then followed Daniels and allegedly saw another drug transaction between Daniels and Hector Hernandez, 71, of Windsor.
Firearms, stolen motorcycle recovered in Sebastopol search warrant
A search warrant was obtained for Cranstoun’s Santa Rosa residence where deputies located approximately 2 pounds of methamphetamine and 19 firearms, the sheriff’s office said.

Cranstoun was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, felon in possession of firearms and felon in possession of ammunition.
Daniels and Hernandez were arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and conspiracy. The two seniors were cited to appear in court based on their medical issues, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
