CVC Girls Soccer hosts inaugural banquet at Mercer Oaks

The Colonial Valley Conference girls soccer coaches, in conjunction with Real Central New Jersey, hosted their first banquet on Tuesday night at Mercer Oaks.
The All-CVC banquet replaces the old Mercer 33 banquet.
Robbinsville coach Caitlyn Curran served as the MC and former Robbinsville goalkeeper Jamie Skarupsky as its guest speaker. Skarupsky played Division I college soccer at Old Dominion University and Murray State University.
At the initial event, the All-CVC players, as voted on by the coaches, were honored. As were the Forward of the Year, Midfielder of the Year, Defender of the Year, Goalkeeper of the Year, Coach of the Year, a Spirit Award and a For Love of the Game Award.

Forward of the Year — Michaela Little, Lawrence
Midfielder of the Year — Becca Boggs, Lawrence
Defender of the Year — Clara Mayer, Hopewell Valley
Goalkeeper of the Year — Emily Gamboa Ordini, Ewing
Coach of the Year — Emily Palombo, Lawrence
Spirit Award — Sophia Zhou, Princeton Day
Love of the Game Award — Bridget Cutty, Nottingham
Media Award — Kyle Franko
