WATERTOWN, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Watertown are investigating the death of a woman who was discovered in an alleyway Wednesday morning. The Watertown Police Department responded to a call shortly before 11:45 a.m. about an unresponsive woman lying in an alley near a business in the 100 block of N. Church Street. Five in Wisconsin arrested stemming from shooting incident from February 2024 Upon arrival, officers confirmed that the woman was deceased.
