Wisconsin Big Cheese Pub Burger returns to Culver's menu for a limited time

WISCONSIN (WFRV) – Cheese lovers, rejoice! Culver’s popular Wisconsin Big Cheese Pub Burger has returned to menus across the state, but only for a limited time. The fan-favorite is available now through February 23, or while supplies last.
This cheesy masterpiece features three types of Wisconsin cheese, including the debut of melty Havarti cheese on Culver’s menu. Classic American and Cheddar cheese complete the trio, offering a flavorful combination that perfectly complements the ButterBurger beef.

"Havarti is a mild cheese with a nice buttery aroma and a little bit of sweetness," explained Culver’s co-founder Craig Culver. "These subtly sweet notes pair well with the richness of our ButterBurger beef."
The burger is crafted with fresh, never-frozen Midwestern beef, pressed and seared to order. Each Big Cheese is topped with roasted garlic mayo for a subtle, savory kick and served on a sweet rising bun to round out the flavors.
"Our new roasted garlic mayo adds a subtle, savory flavor to the Big Cheese, and in true Pub Burger style, we top it all off with our special new sweet rising bun. You bite into the bun and get a little bit of sweetness," said Culver.
