NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – WalletHub released its study on the best and worst metro areas for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) professionals. The study cites U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, saying STEM professions are expected to grow 10.4% between 2023 and 2033. WalletHub compared the 100 largest metro areas across 21 metrics including professional opportunities, quality of life, median wage for STEM workers and more.
