Providence extends warming center schedule due to extreme cold

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence Mayor Brett Smiley and the Providence City Council announced that several warming centers will extend overnight Wednesday due to the extreme cold.
The city will collaborate with Better Lives RI and the DaVinci Center for the extension.
The DaVinci Center will itself host one of these centers, and other locations are available in the city:
