BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Daniel Diaz connected with the girl through the video game platform Roblox. They met and, by Diaz's own admission, engaged in sex acts. They were in the back seat of Diaz's car when a relative of the girl found them "cuddling" and called police, according to a court filing. He pleaded no contest last year to charges of engaging in sex acts with a minor and contacting a minor to commit a sex act. Four other felony counts were dismissed.
