An 18-year-old was shot and killed and another person was injured in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night in West Price Hill, Cincinnati police said. The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. in the 900 block of Seibel Lane. When officers arrived, they found two shooting victims, including 18-year-old Dewey Curtis, police said. Bower told WCPO he was found shot in a vehicle. Police said both victims were taken to the UC Medical Center where Curtis died. The other victim, who has not been identified, is in stable condition, police said. A nearby Ring camera captured the shooting, showing a light-colored pickup truck driving down the street. Roughly 20 gunshots ring out before the vehicle pulls away.
