ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - Clear skies this morning have made for a very cold start. Temperatures are below zero. Expect clouds to increase late. Temperatures get into the middle teens. It will be a bit warmer overnight into Thursday.
It's still cold Thursday, but unlikely we see anything more than a few light flurries. High pressure to the south will keep us quiet Friday with slowly warming temperatures. A clipper system will pass by Saturday night and into Sunday, bringing the chance for a couple of inches of snow. We will remain in the freezer through the end of the month.
