ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – FCS All American running back Scottre Humphrey has signed to play for Jason Eck at the University of New Mexico. The former Montana State star's last dealings with the Lobos left the team heartbroken in their opening football game of the 2024 season. Humprey ran for 140 yards and scored the game winner for Montana State in a 35-31 win over the Lobos. He had 9 100 yard games, over 13 hundred total yards and 13 touchdowns for the Bobcats in the 2024 season and led the team to a number one ranking and berth in the FCS title game. Humphrey has two years of eligibility remaining.
