Lows around 11 in the Providence area. TOMORROW While Thursday morning will start out cold, it'll end up a little 'warmer' in the afternoon with higsh in the low 30s. We'll have a blend of clouds and sun through the day...a little more in the way of clouds in the morning. LOOKING AHEAD Friday will feature more sunshine with afternoon highs in the low 30s.
