SEEKONK, Mass. (WPRI) — I-195 East was backed up Tuesday evening as police responded to a serious crash in Seekonk. Massachusetts State Police said a pickup truck hit a median barrier around 4:30 p.m. and when troopers arrived on scene, the truck was engulfed in flames. The driver suffered serious injuries, according to police. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said the left lane remains closed in the area of Anthony Street, telling drivers to expect delays.
