Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Here’s your latest look at how the snowy weather is impacting us in the Midlands and beyond. Chief Meteorologist John Farley has been monitoring the very latest as the snow continues to come down in the area. (as of 8:45pm). Farley says you should not expect a wintry mix Tuesday night. Snow is all that we are expected to get until it starts to move out if the area around 3 am Wednesday morning according to the latest radar models.  Keep in mind, According to John, with overnight temperatures down into the teens it will take a little while before snow that hits the ground starts to melt so give yourself a little extra time if you absolutely have to be out on Midlands roads Wednesday morning.
