Police investigating after 18yearold motorcyclist strikes guardrail, gets hit by car in Frederick County

FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Maryland State Police (MSP) are investigating after an 18-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Saturday night in Frederick County.
According to MSP, shortly before 10 p.m., troopers responded to the 11000 block of Woodsboro Creagerstown Road for the report of a crash involving a pedestrian.
There, officers learned that Ryan Baldwin, 18, of Walkersville, was driving east on a motorcycle when, for unknown reasons, they lost control and struck a guardrail.
Police said that's when a Mitsubishi hit Baldwin. They died there.

The driver of the Mitsubishi stayed at the crash scene and was uninjured.
